Job Description

We’re seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Commission Sales Representative to promote and sell our premium line of fiberglass pools. You’ll connect with homeowners, builders, and contractors to help them choose the right pool solution — from concept to installation.

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Ideal for someone with experience in fiberglass pool installation, construction, or outdoor living sales who loves being rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, social media, home shows, and referrals
• Conduct phone & yard consultations with prospective customers to assess needs and recommend pool models
• Present pricing, design options, and installation timelines clearly and confidently
• Manage the sales process from first contact through signed contract
• Maintain customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with installation and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales — ideally in pools, spas, outdoor living, or home improvement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to meet clients
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Proficiency in Structure Studios/3D modelling a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based, uncapped
• Laptop and Cell phone provided
• High earning potential – top performers can earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pool Electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems for residential fiberglass swimming pools. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire pool equipment including pumps, heaters, automation systems, lighting, and salt systems
• Run conduit and pull wire for new pool construction and remodel projects
• Install and bond/ground equipment according to NEC and local codes
• Set up pool control panels and automation systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs
• Coordinate with construction and service teams to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and passes inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (preferred; state requirements apply)
• Minimum 2+ years electrical experience (pool industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with 120V/240V systems and low-voltage lighting
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, dig, and work in confined spaces
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and sun

Compensation

• Lump sum project based
